The School of Economics is excited to announce the award of a $25,000 grant from The H&R Block Foundation! Grant funds will be used to provide financial capability education to underserved students who attend our downtown Marketplace programs.
The School of Economics is fully committed to serving the needs of students in the urban core of Kansas City. We have expanded our program in Kansas City this year and the generous grant from the H&R Block Foundation will help ensure our sustainability in conducting this important work. We are so very grateful for the opportunity to ensure a bright future for all children by empowering them through financial capability development.
